Our second class includes our usual warm up and conditioning plus advanced shimmy and maya drills. I then teach a reverse walking circle and two variations on the jewel.

We then add a couple of short sections to our combination from last week and run it through at slow and faster speeds. We finish with the standing stretch from last week.
